Website and service requests

These terms describe use of our website and customer communications. Please provide accurate contact and project information when requesting electrical work. A request does not reserve an appointment until Lake Effect Electric confirms it.

The scope of electrical work, pricing, payment terms, and warranties are governed by your accepted estimate or separate service agreement. These website terms do not change that agreement.

Lake Effect Electric text messaging program

When you opt in to texting, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Lake Effect Electric. These may include visit confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notices, job updates, estimate and invoice notifications, and customer support messages. Some messages may be sent automatically.

Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any applicable charges.
